Day 184: Meal Planning Monday

Tonight I type this while sat on the sofa with the Brothers Thing, who are engrossed in Supernanny US. The irony that they are watching this while I am executing my own version of reverse psychology on them isn’t lost on me.

They have now gone to bed, we extracted them from Mummy cuddles on the sofa and up to bed at 8pm (2 hours later than normal) and they were fast asleep by 8.30pm. By 8.30pm they have usually sent us hoarse and stress to there and back just because. I’ve actually liked it tonight. Bigger test will be tomorrow when The Husband goes out for a couple of hours.

Fingers crossed for a decent night’s sleep.

So now to other bits and bobs. Tomorrow I will be filming my next Youtube vlog which means it is also weigh in day. My first in 2 weeks. I’m nervous to say the least. Most of the last couple of weeks I have been following the success express plan. Even though I promised myself upto 20 syns I never actually got around to eating them all!

This week’s meal plan looks a bit like this:

Monday: Buffalo Chilli Lasagne, carrots, cauli, broccoli & green beans
Tuesday: Tomato & seafood risotto with green salad
Wednesday: Jacket Potatoes & beans
Thursday: Meatballs & Spaghetti, with courgette & carrot spaghetti strips.
Friday: Pizza & chips for the Brothers Thing & Takeaway Friday for us.

Today’s Activity: Playing Snakes & Ladders with the Brothers Thing
