So I’ve woken up with the determination to sort myself out today.
The Brothers Thing spent today at my friend’s house while I was at work.
I spent yesterday afternoon doing some soul searching about why I’ve been sabotaging myself on this weight loss journey and what I need to do to reach my goals. I have completed a goal pyramid too.
I have also started a new fitness challenge. A while back I remember reading about virtual challenges. So I googled, and I found Think fit! Stair-climb challenge. They have broken down famous buildings & mountains into steps & flights of stairs.
So now I just have to remember why I’m doing this and that it can be done.
Today’s Activities: completing my Millennium Dome climb in one day and watching Secret Eaters on Channel 4
