Day 156: Meal Planning Monday

As I have yet again been walloped by both the lurgy & the mardy stick this week’s food is all about ease & comfort.

It’s day 1 of this week’s half term and day 3 of the long weekend. The voices around me are really starting to grate. Turns out I’m craving solitude right now. Thank goodness I’ll be at work on Wednesday & Friday this week!

So this week’s menu looks like this:

Saturday: Chicken Korma, spare ribs & rice.
Sunday: Tomato & Mascapone pasta with Garlic bread.
Monday: Homemade Burger & chips.
Tuesday: Chicken fajhitas, tortilla chips, refried beans & dips.
Wednesday: Spaghetti & hot dogs.
Thursday: Pizza Chips.
Friday: Pizza for boys and take out for the grown ups.

Today’s Activities: Finding Season 5 of Cake Boss on youtube!
