Day 61: Dydd Gŵyl Dewi Hapus

on March 1, 2012

Or Happy St. David’s Day.

The Patron saint of Wales (at BeeBee Towers also known as the Fatherland).

In a nod to my heritage as a Welshtyke (albeit one born in Wiltshire near Stonehenge) I’ve been making Welsh Cakes and gave the boys corned beef hash for tea, not totally traditional but my Welsh step mum gave me the base recipe. If I don’t get round to doing much else with the boys at least they know that much. Welsh cakes are yummy.

Today’s Activities: Watching Thing 2 confound the Speech Therapist with his reading. Doing a Story Trail with the Brothers Thing. Sitting down to baked beans on buttered toast after a night at Beavers.
